Connect to centre and find steadiness as we embrace the transition from summer to autumn in this six-week series.
Each 75-minute class offers a balanced practice combining strength-building yoga postures with moments of sweet stillness, bringing us into harmony with the energy of the season.
The emphasis here is on feeling into what’s right for your body so that you can connect with the present moment and emerge feeling peaceful and positive.
Suitable for beginners - or those looking to get back into a regular practice - or anyone looking to develop coordination, strength, balance and steadiness. Modifications and adaptations offered.

Wake up and flow in this gentle and energising yoga class for women - it’s a great way to start the day!
The focus is on listening to your body and moving in a way that works for you, rather than on creating fancy shapes.
This is a small and friendly class in a lovely studio space. Our doors are always open to new friends who are looking for a relaxed and supportive women’s practice.
Classes are drop in although if you’d prefer to commit to a regular yoga practice, block booking is an option (message me for more info). Mats, props and modifications offered to suit individual needs

Embracing the Pause - Yoga for Menopause

Menopause Yoga™️ is an inclusive and accessible form of yoga designed to empower women through the menopause and into the post menopause years.
In this taster class we’ll be exploring Hatha and Restorative Yoga poses, along with breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques that can support a positive approach to this stage of life.
No previous yoga experience needed. Props and mats will be provided, just wear something comfy & bring a bottle of water.
